David Steinepreis is a Chartered Accountant and former partner of an international accounting firm where he specialised in strategic corporate advice for listed companies. He has been a director, adviser and major shareholder of various listed companies in the oil and gas, mining and technology sectors. David is also a founder and Chairman of Ascent Capital Pty Ltd which specialises in the recapitalisation and listing of ASX companies.

Matthew Sheldrick is a Chartered Accountant and spent 10 years in the securities industry, advising domestic and international institutional clients on Australian resource equities. He has previously been CEO of ASX listed Gawler Resources Ltd and Eureka Energy Ltd.

Gary Steinepreis is a Chartered Accountant providing corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in the resource, technology and leisure industries. Gary is also a founder and Director of Ascent Capital Pty Ltd.
